Why People Need Online Services

Selling and buying physical items online is among the most frequent activities that can be found on the internet. We found that demographic variables (ie, age, gender socioeconomic status, gender, and the level of participation) were linked to perceived benefits of online services in health and social care. ICT-related variables (i.e., accessibility, ability to use, and level of use) were consistently associated with benefits. Moreover, self-rated poor health was consistently related to lower perceptions of the various benefits.
